Premier Softub has been servicing all models of Softubs since January 2003.  Our philosophy is simple: keep all customers satisfied by keeping their Softubs working.  One of the greatest features of Softubs is how simple they are.  Premier Softub offers three ways to get your Softub repaired.

  • On-site service – when geographically feasible
  • Ship the Power Pack to Premier Softub Service Center
  • Provide the customer with the replacement parts with instructions
