Jim Newell started Premier Softub as an authorized Softub Dealer in January of 2003, and has been providing sales and service throughout Ohio and Western Pennsylvania ever sense. In order to survive the past economic down turn, Premier Softub closed the show room, but remained open for sales and service.  As a result of this, we do not have models to see, and do not have Demos for sale.  We have both new and refurbished Softubs for sale, and would be interested in offering a trade in value on any Softub in, and even purchase old Softubs.

Premier Softub prides itself on the quality of service it provides all its customers.  We work on all models of Softubs, and have most replacement parts in stock.  Our Service Department will work with you over the phone to help find the most economical and timely solution to getting you back into hot water.  Call us for repair cost estimates.

We believe very strongly in the benefits of Softubs over other manufacturers, and decided early on that Softub is the only brand of hot tubs we will work on.

Premier Softub will not under price other Softub Dealers, we understand most Dealers offer show specials, and we do the same.  However, we also believe that dropping the price to take the sale away from another Dealer is not in the interest of either the customer, or the viability of all Dealers.  We believe having a Dealer is easily accessible, and easy to work with is more important then saving a few dollars on the purchase price.
